COMPANY-WIDE MEMORANDUM
SUBJECT: FROGS HAVE UNIONIZED
TO: ALL K GROUP EMPLOYEES
K GROUP is pleased, concerned, and legally obligated to announce that, effective immediately, the frogs have unionized.
Following a series of increasingly coordinated croaking demonstrations, lily pad occupations, and the submission of a 412-page collective bargaining proposal written entirely in pond water, the frog workforce has successfully organized under the newly recognized:
UNITED AMPHIBIOUS WORKERS LOCAL 302 (UAW-302)
After extensive negotiations, K GROUP and UAW-302 have ratified a Collective Bargaining Agreement governing all interactions between K GROUP personnel and frog-affiliated labor entities.
Employees are reminded that the frogs now possess protected bargaining rights.
This development is legally binding.
