TO: ALL K GROUP EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS, DIVISION CHIEFS, SENIOR MANAGERS, ACTION GROUP COMMANDERS, REGIONAL OVERSIGHT AUTHORITIES, AND OTHER PERSONNEL OF SUFFICIENT IMPORTANCE TO RECEIVE THIS DOCUMENT
The Office of Strategic Headwear Affairs hereby directs your immediate attention to a matter of extraordinary urgency.
Recent intelligence gathered from multiple sources, including field reports, customs manifests, witness interviews, weather observations, and one deeply concerning millinery catalog, has compelled K GROUP leadership to convene an Emergency Hat Summit.
Attendance is mandatory.
Questions are discouraged.

BACKGROUND

• Multiple executives independently purchasing identical fedoras despite previously demonstrating good judgment
• A bowler hat obtaining temporary building access credentials
• At least one hat attending a meeting unaccompanied
The latter incident remains under investigation.
Witnesses described the hat as:
"Professional."
This description has not been reassuring.
